Your First Visit to Our Practice

Doctor performing an EMG Surface Scan

New patients to our offices find that we exceed their expectations in every way.  We have taken our clinics to the next level with the latest state-of-the-art technology.  Along with our advances in technology, the environment in our clinics is a much needed step forward in healthcare.  Most patients remark that the atmosphere of our clinics is much more like that of an upscale spa than of a doctor's office.

Make Yourself at Home

When you come in you will always be greeted with a smile from our exceptional front office staff.  After you sign in you can treat yourself to a selection from our many gourmet coffees and teas.

If you’ve already completed your admitting paperwork, great!  If not, after doing so we will take you on a short tour of our facility and show you a welcome video.

A thorough consultation is important to discovering your health goals and any health challenges that you have faced previously.  After completing your consultation one of our chiropractic physicians will fully examine you and perform any needed testing (xrays, EMG testing, etc.)

After completing your testing and exam, our front office staff will schedule you to come back to our office to review your Report of Findings that the doctor has prepared for you.

Patients appreciate that we explain everything in advance!

Dr. Sayers Asks some important questions of interest to Trussville and Birmingham residents - Chiropractor Trussville and Birmingham Dr. Sayers Asks...

Will chiropractic adjustments make my spine too loose?
No. Only the spinal joints that are fixated and "locked up" receive attention. The occasional spinal joint that moves too much is passed over so weakened muscles and ligaments can strengthen and heal.
Do nerves actually get pinched?
Chiropractors recognize two types of nerve disorders involved in subluxation. The least common is a pinched nerve that diminishes nerve supply to an affected organ or tissue. More common is the irritated nerve (facilitative lesion) which overexcites nerve communications to an affected organ or tissue. Chiropractic care has been shown to help with both types.
