Introducing Chiropractor Dr. Todd Sayers

Chiropractor Dr. Todd Sayers

"I remember when I was 19 years old and having lower back pain from a Bad Golf Swing.  I made an appointment to see a local chiropractor.  At the time I was in college to study business.  The chiropractor helped my back pain within a few visits.  From that point forward, I was convinced I wanted to be a chiropractor."

Dr. Sayers started chiropractic college at Life University in Marietta, Georgia in 1987.  During his 4 years at Life, Dr. Sayers completed courses that included biochemistry, anatomy, human physiology, X-ray, diagnosis, chiropractic adjusting techniques and patient care among many others.  After graduating, Dr. Sayers returned to Alabama to establish his first practice in Winfield.  In 1994 he opened his practice in Trussville and in 2002 opened our Birmingham location in the Eastwood community.

"I enjoy being able to offer our patients a choice in their healthcare needs.  We are able to help a large number of patients with health conditions that have not been able to find help anywhere else.  That really puts a smile on my face."

Dr. Sayers enjoys spending time with friends and family.  He leads a very active life that includes weightlifting and a healthy diet.

Dr. Sayers Asks some important questions of interest to Trussville and Birmingham residents - Chiropractor Trussville and Birmingham Dr. Sayers Asks...

How could chiropractic help a stomach problem?
Chiropractic works by locating and reducing areas of the spine compromising nerve communications between your brain and your body. If nerves to or from your stomach are irritated, your stomach won't work right. Chiropractors find the source of the interference, reduce it and allow your body to work as designed.
What does a chiropractic adjustment do?
Chiropractic adjustments give your spine a little "nudge" at the right place, right time and the right direction so your body can use that energy to "right" itself. With a schedule of consistent chiropractic visits, a new, healthier spinal pattern emerges.
